Formula & worked example

Age = “age on” date minus date of birth, counted in whole calendar years, then whole calendar months, then remaining days. Total days is the plain day count between the two dates.

Born 15 June 1990, on 21 October 2026 you are 36 years, 4 months and 6 days old: 36 whole years to 15 June 2026, then 4 whole months to 15 October 2026, then 6 more days to 21 October 2026. Your next birthday is 15 June 2027.

Limitations — read this before you rely on it

This is a calendar age, not a biological age: it does not measure health, fitness or how old you feel. Western zodiac signs are traditional astrology, not science, and are shown for fun. Dates use the Gregorian calendar; very old historical dates may not match local calendars of the time.
